Michal Jezierski specializes in compliance and risk management. Michal has developed his career in both consulting within the Big Four (Deloitte and PwC), and in-house roles in various businesses. At the NASDAQ-listed company PerkinElmer, he was responsible for tax compliance function for the whole group. Currently, he manages the Compliance and Risk Management departments at the Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed company Grupa KĘTY S.A. (revenues of 1.4 billion USD).
In the area of risk management, he is responsible, among other, for implementing quantitative risk assessment methods (especially in a decision maiking process), and creating a risk management system based on international standards.
